Pros
I have had an excellent experience with ALOIS, and a huge part of that is because of my recruiter, Davin. He has been incredibly supportive and advocates for me throughout the entire process. He is patient, responsive, and always takes the time to answer my questions and make sure I feel comfortable with each decision. Communication has been consistent, and I really appreciate that he checks in on me regularly. I feel he has my best interests in mind and works hard to make sure I have a positive experience. I highly recommend ALOIS to any nurse considering travel nursing. Request Davin! He is supportive, trustworthy, and willing to advocate for me!
Cons
The only minor challenge I experience is an occasional difficulty understanding some communication due to language differences. At times, I need clarification, but overall it is very minor.
