- 21 to 30 beds
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4 typically
Shift
- 12 evenings, 1100-2300
- 36 hours per week
- No block scheduling
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Delaware
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Schedule / Work Expectations
- Auto offer
- Maximum 3 days of requested time off
- RTO blackout: 9/8-10/31
- Holiday requirement: every other
- Weekend requirement: every 3rd weekend
- No call required
- No overtime shifts
- No incidental overtime
- Do not float outside of the Emergency Department
Clinical Details
- Common diagnoses/treatments include self-presenting emergencies and limited EMS presentations
- Special procedures include moderate sedation, stroke codes, heart codes, trauma codes, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, and external pacing
- Patient population includes infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.
