RN - Med Surg

Job Overview

Location: Pasco, Washington
Employment type: Travel

Weekend schedule: Every other weekend
Call: None
Float: Occasional float to med/surg as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS
Washington Suicide Prevention
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Acute Care experience
Rehabilitation experience

Preferred

Rehabilitation experience, including GG scoring documentation
CCRN preferred but not required

Unit Details

Adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputee, and traumatic brain injury patient population
10-bed rehabilitation unit
Patient ratio: 5:1

Additional Notes

Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be considered travel
Orientation dates are scheduled throughout the year
Submission packet must include a standard candidate submission form, resume, candidate self-assessment, and skills checklist
