- Level I Pediatric Trauma Center

Assignment Details
- 13-week contract
- Start date: 9/8/2026 (ASAP)
- Evening shift
- Typically 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Weekend coverage as needed
What You'll Be Doing
- Clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient pediatric environment
- Reviewing and verifying medication orders
- Providing medication dosing and therapeutic recommendations
- Consulting with physicians and clinical staff
- Supporting medication safety and regulatory compliance initiatives
Charting System:
EPIC
Required Qualifications
- Tennessee Pharmacist License active at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience
- Pediatric hospital experience required
Preferred Background
- Previous travel experience
- Epic experience
- 3+ years of recent experience
