DESCRIPTION:

As a Registered Nurse in the PCU, you will provide exceptional care to patients diagnosed with acute leukemia. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery. You will have a rotating schedule, ensuring flexibility in your work-life balance while being part of a dedicated team focused on infection prevention and patient safety. 🕐 Rotating Days/Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts

🩺 REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Experience with Leukemia/Blood Dyscrasias
✅ MS Oncology experience required, including at least 1 inpatient Hematology/Oncology experience
✅ Acute Care experience must be current, with consistent work experience within the last 12 months
✅ Current PCU RN experience required
✅ BLS, ACLS & ONS Chemo Certification required
✅ NIHSS preferred
✅ EPIC charting experience
✅ Must be willing to float to other Med/Surg Oncology units
✅ Required skills include MS/Tele, telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, Rapid Response Team use, feeding tube care, IV therapy/phlebotomy, blood product administration, central and peripheral line management, PICC line management, and starting IVs
✅ Active OH or Compact RN License
