🏥 Mixed Acuity Unit | Med/Surg, Tele & PCU
📊 Ratio: 1:4 on all shifts
✈️ First-Time Travelers: Yes
📅 Weekend: Every other weekend
🌙 Nights: Friday & Saturday evenings
🖥️ EMR: EPIC required
Requirements:
- 1+ year RN experience
- ACLS, BCLS & NIH required
- Active OH or applicable state license required at submission
- Pending license not accepted
- No call
- No block scheduling
- No local travelers within 50 miles
Floating:
- Float within service line as needed
- May float between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park & Wildwood
- Float units include Neuro/Stroke, Cardiac, Orthopedic, Trauma, Oncology, General Surgery, Urology/Vascular & Observation
