Description

Adult Psychiatric Hospital

Schedule: 10-hour evening shifts, 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience Required: Previous psychiatric/behavioral health experience is required.
Clinical Interview: All candidates will participate in a clinical interview as part of the selection process.
Candidates should be comfortable working with adult psychiatric patients and providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital setting.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and the ability to manage a variety of behavioral health needs are essential.

Onboarding Requirements:

Candidates must be able to arrive a few days prior to their scheduled start date to complete New Mexico (NM) fingerprinting requirements.
Candidates must have their Social Security card in hand for the onboarding process.
Please ensure all required documentation is available and ready prior to arrival to help ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process.
