Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med-Surg team at MC Arlington. The RN will provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to Med-Surg patients.
Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Follow hospital policies, procedures, and patient-safety standards.
Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment.
Requirements
Active RN license appropriate for the assignment.
Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg nursing experience.
Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Must be available for the 7A–7P shift for the duration of the contract.
