Hospice RN – Case Manager | Rapid Response Crisis
📍 Location: Missoula, MT
📅 Start Date: 08/27/2026
⏳ Contract: 13 weeks
🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Requirements
- Active Montana RN License
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care, home care, or hospice experience
- Hospice/Home Health experience preferred
- Skills in venipuncture, catheterization, wound care and/or parenteral therapy preferred
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance & reliable transportation
- BSN preferred
