What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited institution
Current BCBA certification
Supervised experience required
Completion of an approved master’s degree in school counseling program from a regionally accredited college or university

Assignment Details

Traditional K12 building based schedule

What You’ll Do

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavior drivers.
Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Collect, analyze, and use behavioral data to guide decisions and measure progress.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), staff, and caregivers.
Provide classroom consultation and model evidence-based behavior strategies.
