Description

Education

Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Licensure & Certifications

Current New York State RN License required.
BLS required — AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross.
ACLS required.
Unit-specific compliance requirements must be validated before submission.
Preferred: Professional certification in a related nursing specialty.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of current ED experience required.
Previous travel nursing experience required.
Must have experience with:
- Trauma
- STEMI
- Stroke
- Sepsis
- Pediatric (Peds) care

Schedule & Assignment

Shift: 12-hour nights
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekly Hours: 36 hours/week
Weekend: Every other weekend

Key screening: Candidate must have a current NY RN license, BLS + ACLS, 3 years of recent ED experience, previous travel experience, and strong trauma/STEMI/stroke/sepsis/pediatric experience.
