L&D Clinical Supervisor – Assignment Summary

• Position: L&D Clinical Supervisor
• Shift: 12-hour Day Shift
• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts/week
• Distance Requirement: Candidate must live 50+ miles away

Required Qualifications

• L&D experience: Minimum 2 years
• Supervisor experience: Required — submit only candidates with prior supervisor experience
• Cerner experience: Required
• BLS: Required
• ACLS: Required
• NRP: Required
• AWHONN Intermediate EFM: Required
• Current RN license: Required

Responsibilities

• Provide shift-to-shift clinical oversight
• Manage staffing and patient flow
• Ensure patient safety and appropriate resource utilization
• Maintain the environment of care
• Provide competent and efficient patient care
• Lead/participate in process-improvement initiatives
• Support employee engagement and shared governance activities
• Role-model organizational values
