Description

Position: Lead Laboratory Assistant
Shift: Days
Hours: 10-hour shifts, 40 hours/week

Job Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of clinical laboratory tests on biological specimens
Prioritize laboratory testing based on requirements
Review and evaluate test results
Document and report laboratory results accurately
Maintain patient confidentiality
Follow laboratory safety protocols
Follow laboratory maintenance procedures
Train and supervise:
- Laboratory assistants
- Trainees
- Clerks, as needed
