Required Certifications

BLS – AHA required
Current New Mexico Physical Therapist (PT) License required

Required Experience

Physical Therapy experience with demonstrated competency in:
- Patient assessment and evaluation
- Developing and implementing plans of care
- Neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory treatment
- Therapeutic exercise and mobility training
- Gait and balance training
- Physical therapy modalities
- Patient/family education
- Documentation and discharge planning
Strong decision-making, time-management, communication, and organizational skills
Experience supervising/directing PT Assistants and Rehabilitation Assistants is expected

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy accepted.

Schedule: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, weekdays
