Active Virginia Pharmacist license in hand at the time of submission (firm requirement)
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
PharmD and Registered Pharmacist (RPh) credentials required
Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
Previous travel experience preferred
Epic proficiency is required (no exceptions)
IV admixture/IV pharmacy experience
Patient-controlled analgesia (PCA)
Antibiotic management
Drug interaction review
Medication order entry
Medication order verification
