In this unique position, you will split your time between Obstetrics and Inpatient Nursing, offering a diverse clinical experience and the opportunity to make a lasting impact across multiple areas of patient care.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to obstetric patients throughout labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
- Assess and monitor maternal and fetal health status
- Educate patients and families on prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care
- Assist with labor support, delivery procedures, and postpartum recovery
- Provide compassionate inpatient nursing care when assigned outside the OB unit
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Deliver culturally sensitive, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active RN License
- BLS required
- ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications preferred
- Previous OB/Labor & Delivery experience required
- Inpatient nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills
- Ability to thrive in a rural and resourceful healthcare setting
- Previous tribal, rural, or critical access hospital experience is a plus
