🔥 PSYCH RN OPENINGS!

☀️ DAY SHIFT – 7 RNs

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 5×8-hour shifts

   

🌆 EVENING SHIFT – 4 RNs

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 5×8-hour shifts

   

📅 Contract: Initial 13 weeks
🎓 Orientation: 4 weeks on 1st shift

🩺 RN Responsibilities

RNs will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric and medical nursing care, including:

• Physical and psychiatric/admission assessments
• Medication administration
• Processing physician orders
• Monitoring vital signs and blood glucose
• Completing treatments and pain assessments
• Dressing changes and venipuncture
• Milieu management
• EHR documentation and clinical information review
• Verbal and written communication of patient findings
• Responding appropriately to patient safety emergencies

📋 Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years of Psych RN experience – REQUIRED
✅ Must be comfortable working in a psychiatric facility
✅ Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Candidates considering an 11 PM–7 AM schedule should be comfortable being the only nurse on the unit without a supervisor present on the third shift.
