Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Franklin, New Hampshire
We are seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 14-week Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Franklin, New Hampshire. This is listed as a critical need and is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with adult and geriatric patients in a post-acute rehab setting.
This role is a strong fit for an SLP who enjoys helping patients improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life while working with a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and case management.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
