Description
Job Description:
Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches
patients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively
coordinate overall care of the patient.
Submission Requirements:
- Provider must have acute care hospital experience - [REQUIRED]
- Provider must have 24 months minimum of current Intermediate/Progressive Care Unit experience - [REQUIRED]
- Facility would consider a candidate with PCU/IMCU/Telemetry/Stepdown experience
- Certifications don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- OR license don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
