Description
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join a busy acute-care hospital pharmacy. This position follows a pharmacist-as-practitioner model, requiring a high degree of autonomy and strong clinical decision-making.
The pharmacist will have a strong focus on complex medication reconciliation, medication order recommendations, and making medication changes in collaboration with the hospitalist team.
Requirements
- Virginia Pharmacist License – Required
- BS Pharm or PharmD – Required
- Active pharmacist license in good professional standing
- Strong acute-care/inpatient experience – Required
- Acute-care experience within the last 3 years
- Epic experience – Required
