OR RN – Travel Assignment
Shift: Days – 10:45 AM–11:15 PM
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: M–F + weekend/holiday/call per department guidelines
Days: 10:45 AM–11:15 PM
Weekly Hours: 36 scheduled / 24 guaranteed
Local Rule: Arizona residents are not eligible; must meet Banner travel requirements
Key Requirements
- 24+ months OR experience – Required
- Recent OR experience within the last 12 months – Required
- Travel experience – Highly Preferred
- Active Arizona RN License – Required
- BLS – Required
- ACLS – Required
- PALS – Required
- Certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- OR skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Driver’s license required for residency verification
- Banner Cover Page required
