Description

🏥 Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Skokie, IL 60076

💰 Travel Pay: $2,100/Week – 40 Hours
📅 Start Date: Within 2 weeks
🕐 Shift: 8 or 10-hour Day Shift + Call
📋 Position: Travel Contract

💼 Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of CST/Surgical Technologist experience
Strong experience in:
- General Surgery
- Hand & Foot/Ankle
- Sports Medicine
- Total Joint & Orthopedic Robotics
- Solid Spine Orthopedics
Robotics experience required: Mako, ROSA, and CORI
Must thrive in a very fast-paced OR environment
Spine experience required, including:
- Pedicle screws
- ACDF procedures
Must have completed at least one previous travel contract
Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital
2-hour minimum callback requirement

📜 Certification Requirements:

NBSTSA Certification
BLS

📞 Call & Weekend Requirements:

Rotational call
Approximately 6–8 call shifts per 6-week period, depending on staffing
Weekend & Holiday Call: Rotational

🚫 Additional Requirements: New graduates are not accepted Floating: N/A ⭐ Ideal Candidate: Experienced CST with strong orthopedic, spine, and robotic surgery skills, including Mako, ROSA, CORI, pedicle screws, and ACDFs, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced OR and taking rotational call.
