Description

Bluebird Staffing is recruiting a Physical Therapist Clinical Director in Waldorf, MD! This position is for a leadership role within a company voted "Best Place to Work in Southern Maryland." The hire would provide leadership over an established outpatient clinic.

Position: PT Clinic Director
Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
Location: Waldorf, MD
Shifts: Monday to Friday, Dayshift
Start Dates: ASAP
Optional: Partnership opportunity within the company
Required: 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Preferred: Experience as a PT Clinic Director
Number of Direct Reports: 4-5

Base Salary Rate:

$100,000 - $110,000 annually
Plus, up to an additional $2,000 monthly incentives based on productivity
