Location: Montana
Specialty: RN – Urgent Care / Emergency
Unit: Walk-In Clinic / Urgent Care
Requirements:
- Current Montana RN License
- AHA BLS required
- Acute care, ED, Urgent Care, outpatient, EMS, Ski Patrol, or Search & Rescue experience preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, after-hours, and on-call as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions
- Provide patient/family education
- Collaborate with providers and healthcare team
- Maintain professional standards, patient safety, and confidentiality
- Complete required training and documentation
