We are seeking an experienced Polysomnographer / Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) for a contract opportunity. The Sleep Technologist will work under the general supervision of the Sleep Lab Medical Director and provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment support for patients with sleep disorders.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge of sleep studies and expert-level experience with the Cadwell System.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties within the scope of a qualified Sleep Technician and Sleep Technologist.
• Conduct and support in-lab sleep studies and diagnostic testing.
• Perform and support home sleep testing.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic sleep disorder interventions.
• Monitor patients throughout sleep studies and ensure accurate data collection.
• Provide comprehensive patient care throughout the testing process.
• Educate patients regarding sleep studies, procedures, and treatment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of sleep study results and patient information.
• Operate and troubleshoot sleep lab equipment and systems.
• Work collaboratively with the Sleep Lab Medical Director and healthcare team.
• Follow established clinical, safety, and patient-care protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice.

Required Qualifications

• RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) credential required.
• Previous experience working as a Polysomnographer / Sleep Technologist.
• Strong knowledge of sleep disorders and polysomnographic procedures.
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with the Cadwell System is required.
• Ability to independently perform sleep testing and accurately monitor and document patient data.
• Strong patient-care, communication, and technical skills.
