🕒 Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 6:45 PM
🌙 Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurses to join our per diem team in Thousand Oaks, California. This opportunity is ideal for experienced ICU nurses who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Operate and monitor complex medical equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

✅ Active California RN License

✅ Current California Driver's License

✅ Current BLS Certification

✅ Current ACLS Certification

✅ Minimum of 2 Years of Recent ICU Experience Required (must be within the last 2 years)

✅ Strong critical care assessment and clinical decision-making skills

✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
