Evenings/Nights (2pm - 10pm and 6pm - 6am)
Every other weekend
40 hours/week
LTC/SNF

Duties: Provide patient care, administer medications, monitor conditions, document care, and report changes to healthcare team. (LTC)

Requirements: Active Wisconsin LPN license, 2+ years LPN experience, BLS
