Seeking an experienced and compassionate Oncology Registered Nurse to join a highly specialized oncology team in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs with advanced oncology experience, including CAR-T and BiTE therapy administration, looking to work in a cutting-edge academic medical center.
Position Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology
- Location: New York, NY
- Pay Rate: $56.37 per hour
- Schedule: 4 shifts per week
- Shift Length: 9.5-hour shifts
- Department Hours: Sunday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients in a specialized clinical setting.
- Administer and monitor advanced oncology treatments and therapies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Perform patient assessments, education, and care coordination throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
✅ Active RN License
✅ Recent Oncology Nursing Experience
✅ Experience with CAR-T (Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell) Therapy Administration
✅ Experience with BiTE (Bispecific T-cell Engager) Therapy Administration
✅ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
✅ Experience working in a fast-paced oncology environment
✅ Excellent communication and patient care skills
Certification Requirements
- Oncology certifications welcomed but not required
- Chemotherapy Certification is NOT required
