Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg / Telemetry | Direct Hire

Location: Show Low, AZ

Position Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Full-Time

Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts (36 Hours/Week) | Days & Nights Available

Base Pay: $31.00 – $47.00 / hour (DOE) + Hospital Benefits

Bonuses: Up to $15,000 Total

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 at 90 days, $5,000 at 12 months (no repayment required)
$5,000 Relocation Bonus: Disbursed on first check (1-year commitment required)

Unit Highlights

Acute Med-Surg units (10–24 beds) with tele capability on all beds.
Ratios: 1:5 Days | 1:6 Nights | 1:4 Peds (acuity-based).
Support: In-house Hospitalist, RT, and Pharmacy 24/7, plus dedicated Tele Techs, Charge Nurses, and PCTs.
EMR: Sunrise Allscripts.

Candidate Requirements

Active Arizona or Compact RN License.
2+ years of recent acute care Med-Surg experience (cardiac/neuro skills preferred).
Required Certs: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
Preferred Certs: PALS (required to handle pediatric cases).
Submission ready: Current resume, references, skills checklist, and Nursys report.
