HOME HEALTH PT | SUNNYVALE, CA | BAY AREA

Trade the same four walls every day for the Bay Area.

MedWorks Staffing is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel Home Health assignment based in Sunnyvale, CA, with coverage extending up toward San Francisco.

You’ll manage approximately 25–30 points per week while treating patients in their homes throughout the territory.

Home Health experience is strongly preferred. Experience with WellSky/EMR is a plus.

Mileage reimbursement is provided, along with parking reimbursement when working in the city.

Come for the assignment. Spend your days off exploring San Francisco, the coast, redwoods, wine country and everything Northern California has to offer.

Previous Home Health experience preferred. Must be comfortable working independently in the field and traveling throughout the assigned Bay Area territory. Approximately 25–30 points per week. WellSky experience preferred. Mileage reimbursement provided. Parking reimbursement available when working in San Francisco. California PT license required.
