Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – ICF Facility

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working in a supportive environment, is comfortable caring for medically complex patients, and thrives as part of a team.

Position Details

Facility Type: Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)
Patient Population: Residents with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
Age Range: 17–73 years old
Required Experience: Candidates should be comfortable and familiar with:
- G-Tubes
- Tracheostomies (Trachs)
- Ventilators (Vents)
Work Week: Sunday–Saturday

Ideal Candidate

The ideal LPN will be flexible, dependable, and a fast learner who can adapt to the needs of the residents and the facility. Because this is a specialized care setting, strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team are essential.

Candidates should be comfortable caring for individuals with varying levels of medical and developmental needs and be willing to learn the facility's specific procedures and protocols.

Active LPN license
Experience caring for medically complex patients
Familiarity with G-Tubes, trachs, and ventilators
Strong assessment and clinical skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing needs
Flexible and dependable work style
Excellent teamwork and communication
