Description

Job Description:

- 2+ years of acute adult oncology experience, preferably inpatient leukemia & lymphoma.

- Provide patient-centered nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

- Develop and implement individualized plans of care and manage patient needs.

- Perform IV insertion, phlebotomy, and basic nursing skills.

- Administer therapeutic nursing interventions and document care accurately.

- Support evidence-based nursing practices and professional standards.

 

Education: ASN required; BSN preferred.

 

Licensure: Active NJ RN license or Compact RN license.

 

Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and Chemo Certification required.

 

Preferred: Telemetry experience and ONS Chemo Certification.

Oncology / MS Tele 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 3 x 12 Weekends Required as Needed Holidays Required as Needed No On-Call Requirement Floating Required Required Years of Experience: 2 Required Hard Skills: IV insertion, Phlebotomy, basic nursing skills Required Licenses & Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CHEMO CERTIFICATION
