Description
PCU Float RN – Augusta, GA
Location: Augusta, GA 30901
Position: RN Float Pool
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes
Travel Experience Required: No

Adults to Geriatrics
Float Requirements
This is a Float Pool position. Candidates must be comfortable floating to all Med Surg, Med Surg/Telemetry, and PCU units within the hospital. Candidates should also be flexible with scheduling and familiar with the required patient ratios and unit types.
Patient Ratios
- PCU: 1:4–5
- Med Surg / Med Surg Tele: 1:5–6
Required Certifications
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with potential Med Surg, MS/Tele, and PCU diagnoses
- Ability to work across multiple units within the hospital
- Experience managing the required patient ratios
- Epic experience required
