- BLS — Required

Required Experience
- 2 years ICU experience — Required
- LTAC ICU experience — Strongly preferred
- Neuro experience — Required
- 1 year EPIC experience — Required
- Ventilator/weaning experience
- Experience with tracheostomy/PEG, stroke/CVA, TBI, spinal cord injury, dysrhythmias, titratable drips, arterial lines, central/PICC lines, sedation, and complex wound care
Preferred
- Previous Charge Nurse experience
- Community Hospital experience
- LTAC experience
- Trauma Level I/II experience
Other Requirements
- Unit: LTACH ICU (12-bed ICU; staff may work both ICU and 35-bed Med-Surg)
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
