What You'll Do Day-to-Day

As a key member of our clinical team, you will:
 

  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, stretching, balance training, and functional mobility activities
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system
  • Prepare treatment areas and ensure a safe and clean clinical environment
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare providers to support patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
     

Physical & Environmental Demands

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing hands-on therapeutic techniques for extended periods.
     
  • Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility.
