- Active Oregon Respiratory Care License – Required
- Current NBRC-RRT Registration – Required
- BLS Certification – Required
- ACLS, PALS & NRP – Required
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Care experience – Required
- Minimum 1 year of Recent Hospital experience – Required
