• Number of Beds : 4 LDR’s
• Patient Ratios : 1:1 pit -  2:1
• Type of equipment : no unit sec or tech
• Documentation system: Meditech / CPN
• Scheduling requirements: every other weekend
• Floating policy: No Floating

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set:

Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)

• Labor and delivery ,recovery, immediate newborn care golden hour baby care
• PACU c-section
• BLS
• NRP
• AWHONN
• 2+ Years of Hosp/specialty Experience

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first)

• Ability to scrub c-sections
• Meditech experience preferred

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN)

• Active TX RN License ONLY- temp License will not be accepted

Procedures performed on unit: 

• Must be able to circulate c-sections

Patient Experience Required:

• Patient experience Aidet , bedside shift report

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• Scrub Color
• RN: Facility will provide scrubs
• Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy
• Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extrem styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
• Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not fessible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
• Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
