Description
Echo/Vascular Tech
Key requirements
Shift: 8-hour variable days — 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 40 guaranteed hours/week, but contract notes 36 hours of unbillable low-census hours eligibility
Call: Overnight call 1×/week + one weekend of call every 5th weekend
Call response: 30 minutes
Weekend: 1 weekend out of 5
Holiday: 1 holiday rotation/year
Contract: 13 weeks, ASAP start
Experience: 2+ years Echo Tech required; vascular experience highly preferred
Certifications: BLS + ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RCS
Aspirus requires AHA or ARC certification
Education: Associate degree or certificate required; bachelor's preferred
Skills: Echo, TEE, stress echo, pediatric echo
Charting: Epic preferred
Floating: None
Scrubs: Provided
Facility: 10-person team, approximately 6–8 studies/day
