Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, patients, and families.
• Follow facility policies, state and federal regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MS/MA) from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current and active state SLP license.
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide effective evaluation, treatment, and documentation of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
