Gross Weekly Rate: $2,597

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a dynamic outpatient clinic focused on wound management.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients on wound care, treatment options, and post-discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Contribute to a compassionate, organized, and efficient outpatient team.

Required Skills:

• Valid RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in outpatient, wound, or ambulatory care settings.
• Strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and excellent patient communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible with schedules; comfortable working 4- to 10-hour shifts.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Previous outpatient wound care experience.
• Knowledge of wound treatment products and protocols.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Prior experience in outpatient or ambulatory settings, particularly wound care.

Other Requirements:

• Must be available for shifts starting at 7:30 AM through 6:00 PM.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Additional certifications such as Wound Care Certification are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Physical capacity to perform patient assessments and assist with treatments.
