Travel RN – Labor & Delivery / LDRP 

High OT availability - $90/hr (48 hour week = $3,366)

🚨 CRITICAL Licensing, Housing & OT Highlights

• 48-Hour IL License Fast-Track: The facility has a direct contact at the Board of Nursing to get an Illinois license processed within 48 hours of applying! (Compact RNs are also accepted).
• Free Housing: The facility provides free housing directly to the traveler. Alternatively, candidates can easily find housing in nearby Bloomington (35 mins east) or Champaign (40 mins south).
• Massive Overtime Potential: Because surrounding hospitals have closed their L&D units, there is a high volume of spillover traffic and ample OT available for nurses who want extra shifts.

Contract Details

• Location: Near Monticello, IL
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week (with high OT availability)
• Charting System: OBIX (during delivery) and MediTech (post-birth).

Facility & Unit Overview

• Unit Scale: Intimate 5-bed unit averaging 30 to 37 births per month.
• Floating Policy: Very light float expectations. May occasionally float to Med-Surg to assist with medication passes, but will not take a primary patient load.

Requirements & Certifications

• Experience (Strict): Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated LDRP experience required.
• Certifications:
  • AHA BLS
  • AHA ACLS
  • NRP
  • S.T.A.B.L.E. (The manager is an instructor and will accept completion of the online portion only!)
