Requirements

2+ years of OR RN experience
Level II Trauma experience
Experience in Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, General/Gyn, and Urology
Active Michigan RN License
BLS (AHA) certification

Preferred:

Recent travel nursing experience..

OR RN Responsibilities

40%: Assess patients, develop and manage care plans, and prioritize patient safety.
30%: Coordinate OR activities, prepare equipment/supplies, assist anesthesia, and maintain the sterile field.
20%: Communicate with patients, families, physicians, OR staff, and management.
10%: Attend staff meetings, training, and educational programs for professional growth.
