- Home Health setting
- 40 guaranteed hours/week
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule
- One on one patient care
- Collaborative care with physicians, families and other healthcare professionals
- Coverage may include Arlington, Everett, Malden, Medford, West Medford, Melrose and Somerville

- Active Massachusetts PT license
- Minimum 1 year of travel experience
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health/Home Care experience
- Ability to travel between assigned patient visits
- Strong documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills
