Description
Simplifi Clinical Interviews
Unit: Physical Therapy
Experience Required: 1 year; will consider first time traveler
Certs Required: OT: BLS, State licensure
Skills Required: OT: Acute care experience preferred
Patient Types:
-OP: Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular, Lymphedema, Post-op, General debility, Women’s health
-Acute: Post-op, Neuro, General debility, COPD, CHF
Floating: May float between Shelby and Kings Mountain
Technology/Equipment:
EMR: EPIC
Orientation: On boarding to department 4-5 days
Scheduling:
Weekend rotation: Acute Care contracts: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks
Holiday Expectations: All Holidays unless agreed upon RTO for acute care contracts
RTO: Approved by leader
Shift times: (5) 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
