Looking for your next SNF assignment in the Boston area? This Waltham PT opportunity is looking for an experienced Skilled Nursing therapist who enjoys resident-centered care and helping patients maximize their mobility, independence, and quality of life.

• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting
• 40 guaranteed hours/week
• Day shift
• Individualized treatment planning focused on functional goals
• Work closely with residents, caregivers, physicians, nursing and the interdisciplinary rehab team
• Opportunity to supervise and collaborate with PTA staff
• Strong focus on mobility, ADLs, assistive devices and safe discharge planning

• Skilled Nursing experience required
• Active Massachusetts PT license
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment
