📚 Experience: 2+ years required
🎓 Education: RN required; BSN preferred
📜 Certifications: RN, BLS, PA Act 31, 33, 34 & 73
🕐 Hours: 12 hrs/week
📅 Schedule: 3 days/week

Key Duties:

Provide comprehensive patient care and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients, families, and staff
Promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction
Utilize evidence-based nursing practices
Support quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care
