Description

Respiratory Therapist (RRT / CRT) – General Service Line

Schedule: 36–40 Hours Per Week
Weekend & Holiday Protocol: Required every other weekend | Working assigned holidays as needed per department schedule.
On-Call Protocol: No on-call duties required (NO CALL).
Candidate Eligibility & Radius Rule [HARDSTOP]: Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are strictly ineligible.
Assignment Duration: 12-Week Contract (09/30/2026 – 12/26/2026) | 1 Open Position

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of acute care hospital Respiratory Therapy experience across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Must demonstrate strong clinical autonomy and collaborative practice.
Licensure Requirements [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Mississippi Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) State License [HARDSTOP].
Certifications & Registries [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) credential [HARDSTOP] (RRT strongly preferred).
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Preferred Certifications: Active AHA ACLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications preferred.
