Physical Therapist – Outpatient Services
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30a-4p (subject to vary by an hour or so)
Licenses: PT and BLS
Contract: 13 Weeks
Experience: Must have 1 year of Outpatient experience
