Weekend Rotation: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks

Holiday Requirements: All Holidays unless agreed upon RTO for acute care contracts

Floating Requirements: May float between Cleveland and Kings Mountain

About Facility:

• Kings Mountain Acute: 67 bed hospital
• PT only
• Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

General Info:
Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year

• Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

• OP: Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular, Lymphedema, Post-op, General debility, Women s health
• Acute: Post-op, Neuro, General debility, COPD, CHF

Required Licensure & Certifications:

• OT: BLS, State licensure

Skill Requirements:

• OT: acute care experience preferred

Technology/Equipment:

• EMR: EPIC

Floating:

• May float between Cleveland and Kings Mountain

Orientation (facility and unit):

• Onboarding to department 4-5 days

Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation: Acute Care contracts: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks
• Holiday Expectations: All Holidays unless agreed upon RTO for acute care contracts
• RTO: Approved by leader
• Shift times: (5) 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
