Description

Clinical Informatics Pharmacist – Oncology Infusion

Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Shift Start Times: Rotating start times – 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, and 9:30 AM
Weekend Requirement: No
On-Call: No

Requirements

Oncology Infusion experience required
Current Illinois Pharmacist License required
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience in retail, hospital, or mail-order pharmacy
Clinical informatics pharmacist education and qualification requirements must be met

Key Requirement

Prior Oncology Infusion Pharmacy experience is mandatory.
